3. Eligibility

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete project files.
- Deliver media through approved methods.
- Ensure all uploaded content is legally owned.
- Maintain backups of original footage.
- Review delivered work within the agreed revision period.
- Communicate project requirements accurately.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original footage.
Nikah Production retains ownership of:
- Editing templates
- Internal workflows
- LUTs
- Motion graphics
- Editing methodologies
- Automation systems
- Software tools
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. White-Label Services
Nikah Production provides confidential white-label editing.
We will never claim authorship of projects delivered under your studio's brand.
Your client relationship remains entirely yours.
7. Payments
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may result in:
- Project suspension
- Delivery delay
- Additional administrative fees
- Account restrictions
All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Revisions
Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed revision window.
Requests outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
9. Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:
- File corruption
- Missing assets
- Force majeure
- Client delays
- Technical issues beyond our control
10. Confidentiality
All project materials are treated as confidential.
Nikah Production will not disclose client content to third parties except where required by law.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content.
- Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Abuse or disrupt our services.
12. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect project files.
However, no online storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Clients should always maintain independent backups.
13. Service Availability
We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikah Production shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
